Unbelievable spot! Super close to ALL things fun, neat gyoza, and Mos burger nearby. Booming nightlife in safe area, epic room, eco-AMAZING amenities, free laundry, microwaves, subway seconds away. Can't get over the value, total game-changer for Osaka stay.

The rooms are well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like the cute cotton pajamas and comfy blankets. Additionally, the hotel's location near Shinsaibashi station and just opposite Shinsaibashi shopping street is perfect for exploring the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Great location, perfect for exploring the city - close to shopping areas and restaurants. the room had all the necessities like free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, kettle and microwave. the reception staff was friendly and helpful. the laundry facilities were an advantage and the towels were changed every day.

The room was a little tight for two big suitcases and extra bags. the room had a strong cigarette smell, and it took a couple of days to go away even with the window open.

The hotel's location is amazing, being so close to Shinsaibashi station and just a short walk to the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping street. Additionally, it's conveniently situated near American town, providing even more options for dining and entertainment.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be a downside. Guests may hear noise from the lift, people walking in the corridors, and even their neighbors.
