During our stay at Hotel Mystays Yokohama, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location near the river provided a charming and picturesque atmosphere. The convenient proximity to the Keikyu line made getting around the city a breeze. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and great location.

The hotel was conveniently located near two train stations, making it easy to explore the area. The riverside location provided a nice atmosphere and a pleasant view. With Chinatown and the shopping district nearby, there were plenty of options for dining and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, with some able to communicate in English. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including rice, omelet, bread, cereal.

The limited English skills of some staff members could be a drawback for international guests.

This hotel is fantastic value for money with a great location by the river and only about a 3-minute walk from Koganecho station. The basic amenities are all included in the rooms, and the breakfast served is included as well. The staff provides excellent service and pays attention to detail with good AC in the rooms.

All was okay, no improvements necessary.

Complementary toothbrushes and slippers were a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring Chinatown. the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The room was extremely small and cramped, with very little space for luggage or movement. the TV was tiny and there were limited channels available.
