The hotel Naturwald Furano exceeded all our expectations. the value for money was exceptional. For a very reasonable price, we were able to stay in spacious and comfortable rooms without much decor, but with beautiful views on the ground level. The attention to detail was also impressive, with well-stocked amenities in the bathroom and a small kitchenette with complimentary drinks. Additionally, the location of the hotel right in front of the ski lift was perfect for our winter getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a memorable stay. The breakfast, prepared by wonderful chefs, was absolutely delicious.

All was perfectly fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts, making it easy for guests to access the slopes. The English-speaking concierge is exceptional and always willing to help. The breakfast is substantial and the free snacks and dessert buffet are a bonus. The onsen is clean and provides a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a free bus service to and from town for dinner, adding convenience for guests.

The staff at the front desk, especially one particular individual, lacks hospitality etiquette and their demeanor towards guests is cold and withdrawn.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Naturwald Furano. The facilities were top-notch, and there was plenty of space for my family to enjoy. We especially loved the hot spring and soft drink bar. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh juices. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us, such as providing a map code when we needed it. I highly recommend Hotel Naturwald for a family stay.

Great public bath with indoor/outdoor tubs. Excellent location across from lift and Gondola. Nice snacks/free refreshment in lobby. Very good ski locker room. Family friendly with all amenities for younger kids, simple snacks and drinks in the afternoon. Good breakfast buffet with variety. Cosy and well-decorated Tawny Owl room with a kitchenette and jacuzzi bathtub. Convenient location with a convenience shop nearby.

The hotel offered amenities for families and children, making it a perfect location for Easter vacations. The indoor play area and complementary snacks were a hit and the location was easy to access and close to shopping areas. The breakfast served was appetizing and satisfying.

The room was outdated, and the sofa was torn. The bed was soft and had a dent in the center that made consistent sleep difficult.
