The hotel is located in a prime area, surrounded by a variety of shops and attractions. It is just a short walk from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the Susukino snow festival sites, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with amenities such as a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests.

Although the breakfast offered a good variety of options, some items were not as fresh as they could have been.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nets Sapporo. The location was superb, right in the heart of Sapporo's amusement district Susukino. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable. I also loved having a small fridge in the room and being able to use the YouTube app on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel.

The new year holiday experience was delightful. the hotel provided complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby throughout the day. the hotel's location was central, making it easy to access popular restaurants and tourist spots within walking distance. What we enjoyed the most was the hotel's cozy atmosphere.

The accessibility of the hotel was unpleasant as we had to walk a distance of about 10 minutes from the nearest subway station. Apart from that, there was a slight odor in the toilet which was not very pleasing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was superb, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife and within walking distance to the famous Nijo fish market. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed with complete amenities, including a comfy bed and plenty of mirrors. Lastly, the breakfast offered a nice assortment of food, although a touch of fresh fruit would have made it even better.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.
