I had a great stay at the hotel! The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a modern and elegant vibe. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the duvet provided a cozy sleep. The room amenities were great, including a big TV, small fridge, kettle, and even a dehumidifier. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The lobby was stylish and a good place to hang out. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the train station and various food options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shiga prefecture. its location near the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and their adequate English made communication a breeze. Lastly, the breakfast, served with a stunning view, offered a good selection of delicious food.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Great location just a short walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. I particularly liked that the bathroom had high-quality toiletries and a hairdryer for my convenience.

The rooms are a tad on the small side- but that's to be expected in Japan. the breakfast was a bit pricey for the amount of food offered.
