This hotel is incredibly convenient, being located really close to the train station. It's just a few seconds' walk away, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers facilities such as a luggage safe area for added security. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and malls to explore.

The rooms can be a bit small, which might not be ideal for long-term stays.

Great location and friendly staff

Stayed here for Easter weekend and loved the location - it was so close to the train station and easy to get around the city. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Two complementary items were provided which was a nice touch.

The room was quite small and the cleanliness was not the best. We noticed some stains on the bedding and cups in the bathroom were not clean.

Conveniently located near Ueno Train Station, Hotel New Ueno offers tastefully furnished rooms. The staff was friendly and agreed to store our bags after check out, allowing us to explore a bit longer. Despite the minor cleanliness issue, the overall experience was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for short stays and early travel needs.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city, then look no further than this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the train station. You can even get to the bullet train station in just a few minutes! The service and staff are great, and the amenities in the room are all you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast options are plenty and delicious.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
