The room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. the shower and bath with water jets were a nice touch. the separate room for the sink and another room just for the toilet added convenience. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. They even had a machine to translate English into Japanese, making communication easier. the hotel also offered lots of free amenities, including a massage chair and a big TV.

The location was a bit far from the train stations, about 17 minutes or 12 minutes over a bridge. This made it difficult, especially for people with suitcases.

Had a fantastic stay for a week in Tokyo. Room was clean, with great amenities like a jacuzzi and massage chair. Staff were attentive and provided a translation machine. Good value for the price. Lots of free amenities and comfortable space to relax. Welcome service had free/reduced price drinks. Big room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, separate sink area, and karaoke station. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel New York in Tokyo. The value for money was great, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a separate area for the sink. The bathroom was luxurious, with a shower and a water jet bath. We even had a message chair and a karaoke station in the room. The amenities were plentiful, and we loved the jacuzzi and the big TV. Despite being a short walk from the station over a bridge, the sign made it easy to find the hotel. Although there wasn't much of a view, the overall experience made it worth it. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, spacious room with comfortable bed and fantastic amenities. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Loved the translation machine!

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe more variety.
