We had a great city break at this hotel. the staff was really friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very tasty and the perfect way to start a day exploring the city. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views of the surrounding town. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions.

The onsen closed too early in the evening for us to enjoy. while the room was comfortable, the bed was not as large as we expected.

This hotel was a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the service was immaculate with attentive and friendly staff. the sauna was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring, and the room was fit for royalty with exclusive amenities and private facilities.

The only minor issue that I encountered was the limited dining options in the on-site restaurant. this was quickly remedied by the convenient location, which offered plentiful options within walking distance.
