This hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, on a bustling shopping strip. It is conveniently located near tram stops, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, guests have mentioned that it is directly opposite the limousine bus stop from the airport, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that have separate shower and tub areas. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful bell attendants and guest relations. The breakfast buffet offers a mix of traditional Japanese and Western options, and the overall food quality is praised by guests. Some guests have also enjoyed stunning views of beautiful mountain silhouettes from their rooms.

The hotel does not offer PC rental or a business center/corner with PC, which may be inconvenient for some guests who require these facilities.

Excellent bell hop service - Mr N. Tashima helped with bus arrangements and made our stay special. Great location for shopping, dining, and Kumamoto Castle. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room for 3 people. Good air-conditioning and hot water kettle. Cozy bedding and nicely managed facilities.

Great Location

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Japan. It was located right in the heart of the city, with a department store and shopping complex right across the street. There were so many options for dining and shopping around the area, it was perfect.

This place is the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. It's situated in the city center, on the major shopping street, which makes it very convenient to explore the area and find great places to eat. The staff here are exceptional, always helpful and welcoming. They speak English fluently, which is a huge bonus for travelers. The service is top-notch, with room service and laundry facilities available. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in rooms is a great add-on.

Great location! Everything you need just steps away. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Plus, it was close to the main attractions in the area. Our room had a stunning view of the city and we enjoyed the beautiful lights at night. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel bar closed early, and we were not able to enjoy a nightcap. the room was compact and a bit small for our liking.
