I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel here and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, very close to the bustling shopping street and right above the subway station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any request. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel are top-notch.

Although the staff at this place were helpful, they were not willing to assist with moving luggage to the 1st floor for the cab. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As young people, we loved the convenience of having the metro station right underneath the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our metro card and even walked down to the metro area to assist us. The location was excellent, with popular attractions like Dotonburi just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's proximity to the Parco shopping center made it easy for us to shop and explore. The room was surprisingly spacious for the smallest room option, allowing us to comfortably unpack and relax. The hotel also had great amenities like a food court and a counter for shipping our bags to our next destination.

We felt incredibly welcome and had no complaints during our stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many high-end shops and restaurants in close proximity. It was also very convenient to have the metro station right below the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the lack of clear signage to find the hotel lobby. Upon entering the building, all I saw were fancy shops and restaurants, and there was no indication of where the hotel lobby was located.

We had a fantastic stay at Nikko. the hotel's location was unbeatable, with the Shinsaibashi shopping area just across the street and Dotonbori within easy walking distance. the convenience of being next to the Shinsaibashi subway was a major plus. the staff, especially the concierges, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room, a Premium Twin with a stacking bed, boasted amazing views of the nearby shopping malls. the beds were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family. There were also numerous dining options nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. Nikko provided a great experience with its prime location, excellent staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided enhanced comfort. We were more than satisfied with our stay here and can't wait to return.
