The location at the base of the main quad couldn't be better, really is ski in ski out. The hotel itself is a little tired, but no worse than most. The room was spacious and well laid out, not the tiny bathrooms of other hotels.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right on the slope, allowing us to easily access the ski lift and hit the slopes in no time. We didn't have to worry about transportation or long walks because everything we needed was right at our doorstep. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The outdated bathroom was a disappointment, with a need to balance the hot and cold water manually.

Front desk staff at Hotel Niseko Alpen were extremely helpful during my stay. When I needed assistance with my luggage, they went above and beyond by carrying my heavy suitcases through the snowy conditions to the Welcome Centre. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the ski lift. The in-house ski storage facilities were also a big plus. The rooms were clean and provided an air purifier/humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had great facilities including a swimming pool, onsen , and a kids playroom with staff. The breakfast variety had a good mix of Japanese and Western options.

Great location with ski-in/ski-out access and stunning views. Excellent facilities including onsen, pool, and karaoke room. Friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond. Convenient store on-site. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are clean and well-kept, providing an air purifier/humidifier for added comfort. The location is superb, right across from the Hirafu welcome center on the hill, perfect for skiers and snowboarders. The breakfast options are impressive, offering a good mix of Japanese and western dishes, including a more healthy portion.

Close to the lifts and bus stop, convenient amenities, great service. Our recent snowboarding holiday was a huge success thanks in part to our hotel's fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the lifts and bus stop. We loved the convenience of the downstairs store and spa, both offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly and professional staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making our trip even more memorable.

Outdated decor, poor food selection. Although we enjoyed the location and amenities of the hotel, we felt that the decor was outdated and in need of renovation.
