I had an absolutely amazing stay at Noum! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The design of the hotel is stunning, combining Japanese modern and Scandinavian styles. My room, although small, had everything I needed. The rooftop view was breathtaking and the walkway in front of the hotel was charming. I highly recommend Noum for a memorable stay in Osaka!

This hotel is such a great find! The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and clean, and the ensuite bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast offered was out of this world, especially the avocado option. Plus, the location was spot on, right on the river and just a short walk to Osaka castle.

I had a wonderful stay at Noum Osaka. the hotel had a great design, with a cozy coffee shop and a friendly, welcoming staff. They provided us with excellent recommendations for food and even helped us order a takeaway when we were feeling a bit under the weather. the bedroom we stayed in was small but practical, with polished concrete floors and a beautiful river view. the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best I've had in Japan. the bathroom and shower were also top-notch. it was a beautiful hotel with thoughtful design and fantastic service.

Stayed at a boutique hotel for Easter, and it was a great experience. the hotel's location was perfect; it had a stunning view of the river and was located at the heart of the town, near to some great bars and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, they offered free water and sweets at check-in, and the coffee shop downstairs was perfect for morning visits. Loved that there was a balcony in the room with a beautiful view. the bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

Although the hotel was lovely, the prices for the food and activities on offer were too high for what we got; the breakfast options were tasty, but the portions were too small for the price charged, and the additional drinks cost a lot more.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Osaka with my children and it was truly the best decision. Despite not being located in the center of the city, the hotel was conveniently close to Osaka Castle and other popular tourist spots. The rooms were small but clean and minimal, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their outstanding service, offering recommendations and making sure every guest felt cared for. The breakfast was incredible, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a cafe, washer and dryer, and a community fridge. our stay was excellent and I would definitely return.

The only slight downside was that the bathroom only provided paper towels instead of hand towels, which could be more environmentally friendly.

Great location by the river, close to train stations, charming neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants. Impeccably clean and well-maintained rooms. Fantastic amenities, including bike rental and delicious breakfast. Exceptional staff, warm and helpful. Hope to return in the future.

loved our stay at noum! staff were fantastic, breakfast was tasty , and they speak english well. location is perfect for exploring and escaping the busy city. don't miss the local market nearby! room decor was simple yet high quality. a great stay overall!

The property and rooms at Noum are beautiful and elegant. the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. the location is hard to beat, in a quiet part of town with a lovely park and river view. the café on the first floor offers delicious food and top-notch coffee. the house rules were kindly explained, and we were allowed to see the room first before paying. the hotel has a nice atmosphere, clean rooms with plenty of natural light, and a delicious and carefully prepared breakfast. the location is calm and safe, with easy communication in English.

Lovely staff, nice little modern place, outside the heart of the city. Good base in a quieter section in the north. Everything was nice and clean, I felt looked after and they have a nice little cafe downstairs.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.
