We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the Camellia Room, with beautiful china and cutlery. The staff were very friendly and even surprised us with a rose one day. The location was great for exploring the port area. we recommend this hotel.

Our Christmas stay at Hotel Okura Kobe was fantastic! The first thing that impressed us was the breathtaking view from our room. We could see the beautiful harbor and cityscape, which made the festive season even more magical. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the main shopping and nightlife district, with convenient shuttle services that took us to all the hotspots. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was a delight. The variety of delicious food options, including a made-to-order omelette station, ensured that our mornings started on a high note.

Despite our wonderful experience, there were a couple of drawbacks. One thing we missed was having a coin laundry facility within the hotel.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a great view of the city and the waterfront. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help out with any questions or concerns we had. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the main attractions in town.

The hotel charged for bottled water, which we assumed would be complimentary. The food at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive, and we found better options for meals outside of the hotel.

The restaurant served delicious food with a diverse menu and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service with prompt assistance.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a seasonal outdoor pool or garden area, which we were hoping to enjoy during our stay.

The hotel had an impressive and grand lobby with a beautiful flower arrangement. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Japanese and western dishes, with an egg station. The hotel was conveniently located near the port area with easy access to shops and restaurants. They also offered a shuttle bus to the train station, which was a nice complimentary service.

The hotel charged for parking each time you left and returned, which was inconvenient and expensive. One staff member assumed we were part of a Chinese-speaking group and made us drag our luggage across the hall instead of storing it at the concierge.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Okura in Kobe. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, with stunning views of the Pier and downtown. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, providing a tour of the amenities upon check-in. The hotel's shuttle service made it easy to explore the city's central area, and the frequent buses allowed us to visit various tourist attractions. The cherry on top was the lovely Japanese garden, especially beautiful when lit up at night. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location.
