Uncomfortable beds and flat pillows made for a restless night. Thin walls meant hearing the next room's coughing.

The rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a double bed and even a Japanese electronic toilet with a humidifier. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing instructions in English on how to use the appliances and USB ports to charge our devices. Additionally, the breakfast options included Western food, which was a pleasant surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - just across the river from the Hiroshima Peace Park. It was in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with long, comfortable beds and even a "Japanese electronic" toilet. Plus, the view of Peace Park from my room was breathtaking. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included and they had options for vegetarians.

Elevator was slow.

The location of Park Side Hiroshima Peace Park was absolutely perfect for exploring Hiroshima's historical sites, such as the Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Dome. With just a 1-2 minute walk, we were able to visit these important landmarks. The hotel is also conveniently located near Hiroshima Castle, which was only a 10-15 minute walk away. We were surrounded by plenty of dining options and found great food in the area. The helpful staff even provided recommendations, like Ekohiiki, where we enjoyed their amazing pan-fried oyster in butter. The hotel also offered free laundry facilities, spacious rooms, and efficient service. our stay was fantastic and the location couldn't have been better.
