This hotel has excellent staff who go above and beyond to assist guests. One particular staff member, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was incredibly helpful in finding bike rentals and translating for us. They even helped us rent a car! The staff overall provided exceptional service and made our stay memorable.

This hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and public market, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with thoughtful amenities including hairbrushes, razors, and toothbrushes. The helpful staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, offering free laundry services and complimentary bicycles to explore the town. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection of both Asian and Western foods, and there's even a French bakery across the street for a tasty treat.

Some previous guests mentioned that there was occasional smokiness on the room floor, which may be a concern for non-smokers.

Our stay at Patina Ishigakijima was truly wonderful. The location was perfect, with the town center, harbor, and ferries to Yaeyama Islands all within easy reach. The use of bicycles made exploring the area, including Fusaki beach, a breeze. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Family Mart nearby for snacks and beverages. The hotel's free parking and laundry facilities were a bonus. The homemade juices and delicious bakery across the street added to our delightful experience. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ishigaki.

The hotel was well priced and the staff were friendly. It was also conveniently located near the town center and within walking distance to the port. the rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities that you would need for your stay. the option to earn points by reusing towels was a great incentive.

There were a few negative aspects to this hotel. the breakfast was not very impressive and had limited options.
