From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a luxurious paradise. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with plenty of information about the Dogo Onsen next door. the hotel itself was beautiful, with fresh flowers throughout the building, and there were a variety of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. I also enjoyed the option of trying out a traditional breakfast, even though it was a new experience for me.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a convenient location. It is right next to the famous Dogo Onsen and easily accessible from Matsuyama JR Station. The rooms are clean and offer a great view of the onsen down below. The staff is friendly and available to assist in English. Plus, breakfast is included in the affordable price.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our visit to the famous Dogo Onsen. Just a short stroll from the hotel's front door, we were able to easily access the hot springs and enjoy a relaxing experience. The hotel even provided us with a yukata to wear during our visit. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the tram service, making it easy to explore the castle and other parts of the city. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant under the hotel, where we watched an expert sushi chef prepare delicious sushi right in front of us. The prices were reasonable and the service was great.

The breakfast served in the same restaurant was a bit unusual. It consisted of a set Japanese breakfast on a tray with no other options.

The room was quite spacious and the staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary bathrobe and newspaper they provide. the hotel was located in a prime spot, making it easy to explore the city and its surroundings.

It appeared as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to give my key up every time I left the hotel, which seemed like a waste of time.

We had a great experience at Patio Dogo. the hotel's location was perfect, right across from Dogo Onsen and close to the tram station and shopping arcade. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. the staff was friendly and spoke English well. We loved being able to wear our yukata to the onsen and while exploring the nearby shops. the breakfast was a delicious set meal and the self-service coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. Patio Dogo exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in the vibrant Dogo arcade area, which was so convenient for exploring. It was just a short stroll to the famous Dogo Hot Springs Onsen and also close to attractions like Matsuyama Castle and nearby temples. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast, although different from what I'm used to, was a unique and interesting experience.

There was a minor inconvenience of not having enough power points near the bed to charge my phone.

The value for money at Hotel Patio Dogo was excellent and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, just steps away from the famous onsen and conveniently close to convenience stores and transportation options. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially the General Manager Kazuhiko who patiently answered all our questions in excellent English.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety or rotating options.
