We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and right near the bustling area. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they even helped us store our luggage before check-in. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed like a mini-bar and electric kettle. We also loved the fact that there were signs in the room indicating that cleaning was not necessary, giving us the option to have more privacy. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Highly recommended for everyone! This place exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. It was great to have a working table and a coffee table with chairs in the room for convenience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, taking care of our luggage and providing extra amenities like make up remover and pyjamas. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best we've had in Japan at this price range. The food was prepared delicately, including a variety of high-quality desserts that impressed us. The hotel's location near Sannomiya and Shin Kobe stations made it convenient for transportation.

Easter at this Japanese hotel was a pleasant experience. the room was clean and spacious which was great for a family of four and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal being within walking distance of many shops and restaurants as well as having good access to public transport. the free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch and much appreciated in the mornings.

The breakfast offered was quite pricey for what it was and didn't offer a lot of variety or options. the WiFi in the room was quite slow which made browsing the internet difficult at times.
