I had a great experience staying at Plumm. the location was super convenient, just an easy 8-minute walk from the train station. the staff was very helpful in assisting us with taxi bookings. the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. the room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. the shower had strong hot water and the maid service was excellent.

For us, it was ideal. 🙌

Over Christmas, I had a decent stay at a small hotel. the decor was modern and the lobby looked great. the location was perfect for us, with a variety of places to eat nearby and several convenience stores. It was also a short walk to a public transit station which made it easy to see the city.

The room was extremely small, even by Japanese standards. It was difficult to move around or even open our luggage.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being just a couple of minutes away from bars, restaurants, and the central train station. It is also conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The WiFi connection can be quite spotty in some rooms, which can be frustrating when trying to work or connect to the internet.

our recent stay in yokohama was amazing! couldn't have asked for a better location and friendly staff. easy walk to the station, with plenty of nearby shops and 24-hour facilities. great for exploring yokohama and nearby towns. staff even helped us book a taxi to the airport. definitely recommended!

The Hotel Plumm in Yokohama was great! It had a nice atmosphere with views of the river from the window. The room was spacious and decorated in a modern style. The location was convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The staff was friendly and the price was fair.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service at the Chinese restaurant. The waiter went above and beyond to cater to my needs, offering me refreshing tea multiple times and ensuring that everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. Plus, the room had some good amenities like a boiling kettle and free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch.

The room itself was a letdown. It was small and cramped, with a tiny bathroom that was uncomfortable to use.
