Great location, near airport, towers, and activities. Good transport connections. Room with excellent bathroom facilities, WiFi, and air-conditioning. Staff was kind and helpful. Comfortable bed with a nice view of the port. Will definitely book again.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, located just a stone's throw away from the train station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and even a humidifier to enhance your comfort. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring your room is cleaned daily. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast before starting your day. The hotel's location near the train station allows for easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

Some guests mentioned that there is no "do not disturb" sign available to hang on the door.

I stayed at Port Plaza for a conference at Makuhari Messe, which was conveniently just 15 minutes away by subway. The location was perfect. The room had good facilities including a clean bathroom, WiFi, and air-conditioning. The breakfast looked delicious, although I couldn't enjoy it due to an early flight. I recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.
