We were thrilled with our stay at R9 The Yard Narita Kukou Nishi. The unique concept of sleeping in a container was amazing. The modern and clean interior exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us until midnight for check-in. The free breakfast and coin laundry were convenient amenities. Despite being close to the airport, we didn't experience any disturbance from aircraft noise. The value for money was outstanding. we highly recommend this hotel for those with their own transportation.

The location of the hotel being very close to the airport runway provides a unique experience for guests. As mentioned in the reviews, there is a constant sound of airplanes flying above, but earplugs are available at the front desk. Additionally, the containers in which the hotel rooms are set upon short stilts shake whenever a plane flies above, adding to the novelty of the stay. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and crisp, white towels and linens. Some rooms even come with a massage chair for added relaxation.

One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is that the hotel is not very conveniently located for those traveling by car or using public transportation. It may take some time and planning to reach the hotel, especially if arriving from Tokyo.
