I recently stayed at Hotel Relief Susukino for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to popular tourist spots and just a short walk from Nakajima-koen Station. The mini onsen in the hotel was a wonderful addition, providing a relaxing hot spring experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms, although small, were clean and cosy. The free Wi-Fi and amenities provided were also a great convenience. Additionally, I loved the refreshing lemon, lime, and grapefruit water available in the lobby. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

I was really impressed with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was a decent size and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist spots and a short walk to Odori Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel breakfast could start a bit earlier for those who need to leave early in the morning.

The limited menu breakfast offered two sets, and we loved the German breakfast and banana pancakes set. the indoor spa was a great facility, and we enjoyed using it twice during our three-night stay. the view from our room was unobstructed, which was a relief. the staff was fantastic and spoke English well. the hotel's location near Susukino street and within walking distance of the Snow Festival sites and Odori street was convenient. the front desk helped us book a cab to the train station for a reasonable fare. it was a great value for money and a pleasant stay.

Everything was spot on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many interesting locations and good restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the Nakajima Koen subway station and MRT station, which made getting around the city very easy. The hotel facilities were great, especially the public bath, which was a nice addition to my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their patience with my limited Japanese. The breakfast offered was cheap and delicious, and I enjoyed the discount at the pancake restaurant and the free use of a smart phone during my stay. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I absolutely loved Hotel Relief in Sapporo. The hot spa on the first floor was pure bliss, especially after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant, "Very Fancy," located on the first floor, served delicious meals at a great value. The eco package was a fantastic option, offering a gift or extended checkout time if you opted not to use the cleaning service. The hotel's location was perfect for us as we could walk to many attractions and have a great time. The breakfast at the first-floor restaurant was not only really good but also offered a stunning view on snowy mornings. The handy phone provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, allowing us to use wifi and make domestic and international calls for free. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. I would gladly stay at Hotel Relief again in the future.
