We got great value for our money at Resol Trinity. The room was clean and had good AC, plus the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff treated us well and were always friendly and helpful.

The size of the room was quite small, which may be a drawback for guests who prefer more space. The check-in time was rigid, causing some inconvenience for those arriving early and having to wait for their room.

We stayed at Resol Trinity during our visit to Kanazawa and had a great experience. the location was very convenient, with the JR train station and popular tourist attractions within walking distance. the hotel itself was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the free beverages available in the lobby that we could bring to our room. the front desk staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a gem! its location near the famous fish market and shopping mall is unbeatable. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and come with excellent amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. Lastly, the view from the room is breathtaking, allowing you to enjoy the cityscape.

New Year's at this hotel was a great experience. the room was always impeccable, and we loved how comfortable the beds were. the key location made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and we appreciated the fact that we could enjoy great tea and slippers at no extra cost. we were amazed at how quiet our room was, as there were construction works going on nearby.

Some staff members struggled to understand us due to poor English proficiency. We also found it difficult to fully air out the room because we couldn't open the windows completely.
