I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosso. The room size was surprisingly spacious, one of the largest I've seen in Japan. The hotel was easily accessible and had abundant parking onsite. The service was top-notch, with the staff knowing my room number and providing impeccable service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, as everything was kept neat and tidy. The bathroom was especially neat and I enjoyed the use of the bath tub. The humidifier in the room was a nice touch and helped alleviate the dryness. The breakfast, although not perfect, had some delicious bread that I found quite sumptuous. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Best aspects of my new year stay were the ample parking and the free smartphone provided. the location was also very convenient, with a convenience store right next door and easy access to the train station and ski resort shuttle. It was great to have free use of the smartphone with internet, which helped us navigate the area and plan our activities.

Worst aspect of my stay was the early checkout time of 10am and the additional fee of 1k jpy per person per hour to extend. the rooms were slightly small, but suitable for two people.

We had a blast at this hotel! The staff were super cool and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were insanely nice and had a free smartphone with internet, how awesome is that?! And guess what? The hotel had ample parking, perfect for road tripping youngsters like us!
