This hotel is in a great location, right in front of the Aomori station. It's so convenient for travelers arriving by train. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the breakfast included in the price, which had a few Western options to choose from. this hotel provides great value for money and pays attention to detail.

Nothing to complain about, everything was alright.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect! Right in the heart of the city and very close to the train station, just a few steps away! the breakfast was included and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was too firm for our liking, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep. the toilet was raised higher than usual and could be a safety hazard for senior citizens and young children.
