The hotel had clean rooms with spacious balconies offering great views. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The breakfast options were good, with fresh food and made-to-order eggs. The hotel also had two pools, and the location was convenient with local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, being right next to the train station and close to the center of the city. Despite being located next to the railway track, the noise was minimal and didn't disturb our sleep at all. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service and were always friendly and polite. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese dishes, and the view from our window was lovely. We also appreciated the convenient facilities such as the washing machines. a great experience!

This hotel is a great value for money. It's conveniently located near Ebina train station and the bustling center of town. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the ones with a view of the train tracks. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied every day.

The hotel we stayed at for our romantic escape had a good location close to the train station and shopping center. the room was small but cozy, and the bed was comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offered was predominantly Japanese style, and there was not much variety for European or American guests. the hotel was situated close to busy train tracks which caused a lot of noise disturbance, making it difficult to enjoy a restful sleep.
