Excellent location near train station, with easy access to festivals and amenities. Polite staff who speak English. Clean, spacious room with good AC. Impressive breakfast options. Coin-operated laundry facilities available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offered unexpected extra services like an in-house hot spring bath and washing machines. the room was spotless, arranged beautifully, and had a comfortable mattress. the staff was always willing to help.

Breakfast was very Japanese and had no Western options like cereal or hot chocolate. the breakfast line gets congested by the door, which could be improved by organizing a better flow.
