The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options. the view from my room was unexpectedly captivating, watching the hustle and bustle of the highway below. Despite the slight inconvenience of a rigid bed, the charm of the staff and convenient bus service made my stay enjoyable. the hotel's effort to accommodate my room request was much appreciated. a budget-friendly stay with remarkable mountain vistas. I'll gladly return.

The free breakfast was dope, totally filling us up before hitting up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family for some wild times. Easy access to snacks and cool views from the room. Staff was chill and helped us get the best out of our vacay.

Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us party animals.

During my recent business trip, my director selected Route-Inn Nakatsugawa Inter for our stay, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the view from my room, especially at night, was breathtaking as I could see the cars and trucks weaving through the mountains. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a twin room for two nights, despite the hotel being at full capacity. the front desk staff was exceptional, providing origami for my daughter, which she adored. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation options for exploring the area.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was that there was only one lift for the eight floors, which required a bit of patience when checking out.
