Great location, just steps from Toyocho metro. Green initiative - if you skip towel replacements, they give a drink token. Staff swiftly changed my smoking room to non-smoking. Clean public bath with radium. Cozy room with WiFi.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the staff was helpful in arranging transportation from the airport, and the hotel's location was convenient for business meetings. Plus, the room had both WiFi and wired internet which made it easy to connect to work remotely.

The room was incredibly small, and the bathroom was cramped. the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too hard.
