we loved how royal classic in namba provided easy access to namba station, making travel with luggage a breeze. the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and separate shower were delightful. the convenient location near dotonburi and kuromon market was a plus. the friendly staff and efficient luggage coordination added to our wonderful stay.

There were occasional disturbances from noise, particularly from the rooms above when kids were running or jumping around.

Nothing to fault.

Had an amazing Christmas staying in a brand new hotel connected to a train station and convenience store. the room design was perfect with enough power sockets, a comfy bed, and great entertainment. the bathroom was beautifully designed and all the drinks in the fridge were free! One more thing, the slippers were so comfortable. Looking forward to coming back!

We were given the wrong drinks to use our vouchers on and had trouble with the staff understanding us. the cleaning staff missed a couple of things that needed replenishing in the room, but the front desk was helpful in solving the issue.

Plus, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the smaller bed size and slow room service, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at the Royal Classic.
