I had a wonderful experience at Shoho, particularly enjoying the spacious Japanese-style room with beautiful mountain views. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a range of Japanese and Western dishes. They provided excellent onsen facilities and a relaxing atmosphere, making my stay unforgettable.

The outdoor bath had stunning mountain views, making for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the luggage storage felt a bit tight for multiple bags. The onsen facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed a fun karaoke night too.

I had an utterly enchanting experience at this onsen resort! The open-air bath overlooking Matsumoto was breathtaking, and the gourmet dinner was an explosion of flavors, especially the lobster sashimi! With a spacious room featuring a sauna, I felt pampered throughout my stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed a variety of meals, both breakfast and dinner were top-notch. The onsens were a great way to relax after exploring nearby mountain trails. Don’t miss out on their shuttle service from the train station. it made getting around super easy!

The dinner was brilliant with heaps of tasty dishes, but the air conditioning was annoying—hard to cool down. Still, the onsen experience was sweet as!

The aircon was as temperamental as a diva, and my luggage could’ve started a family reunion! Seriously, it’s a bit tight for three bags—might need to audition for a luggage ballet next time!
