I always return for great service. the staff found my forgotten earpods. the stay suits me: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hr reception, Snack bar. Coming back for Christmas! Massage, Sauna, Flat-screen TV, Lift available. No pets, Air con, Non-smoking rooms - all I need!

During our stay, we enjoyed the hotel's convenient location just outside of the city center. It was opposite the JR Matsumoto train station, making it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the proximity to the bus terminal across the street from the train station, which allowed for hassle-free transportation around Matsumoto. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for us as guests. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Japanese cuisine, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.

Recently stayed at a wonderful hotel overlooking the city for a leisure trip. the traditional Japanese room was a unique experience, especially during the snowy winter. the kaiseki dinner was a true work of art, and the onsen facilities were luxurious. the staff was friendly and made an effort to communicate in English. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese and Western options, and the attentive service was top-notch. A great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The Japanese-style room with tatami mats was comfortable and the yukatas provided added to the authentic experience. The onsen facilities were wonderful, with a variety of indoor and outdoor baths and a selection of shampoos to choose from. The included breakfast had a wide range of options, including an omelette station and onigiri. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay, making it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this luxury hotel. the staff provided exceptional service and fulfilled all our needs, including a private onsen and massage treatments. the exclusive amenities in our room were outstanding, and the Japanese food during our inclusive dinner was outstanding. We enjoyed every moment spent in the hot spring bath, and the location, slightly removed from the city, provided a perfect retreat.

We experienced a minor issue with the language barrier as not all the staff understood English, and we had some difficulty communicating our needs.

The hotel had a panoramic view and the public bath had lovely hair and facial products. the location was a little out of the way from the city centre, but there was a regular bus service from the bus terminal opposite the train station.

The food was too authentic and there were very limited restaurant options outside of the hotel. the staff didn't speak much English.

I had a wonderful stay at a comfortable Japanese-style hotel with hot springs. the room had a hot tub for spa bathing, which added to the authentic experience. the view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. the breakfast provided a variety of options, including both Japanese and Western dishes, with an omelette station and onigiri station. the onsen itself was fantastic, with multiple indoor and outdoor baths and a wide selection of shampoos. the staff was attentive and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
