This place has it all! Friendly staff, delicious food, and a central location. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the slopes. The onsen is incredibly beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed here for Xmas and the decorations were good. the room was cozy and it had a nice view of the mountains. the ski slopes are just a walk away and the ski gear rental was affordable. the food was amazing and the staff was helpful.

There were no activities for Xmas, no carolers, no gifts, nothing. the wifi was spotty and barely worked in the room, and the front desk staff seemed to not care about the issue.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Sunny Shiga! The proximity to the ski lift made it so convenient for us to enjoy a day on the slopes. The onsen was a true highlight, with its clean and spacious facilities. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure our family had a fantastic time. The traditional meals provided were delicious and catered to our children as well. We felt truly taken care of and would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It was right near the ski slopes, so we were able to hit the slopes easily every day. Plus, it was just a short walk to the bus station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They helped us with everything from getting ski gear to providing information on bus schedules. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a great view of the mountains. And the breakfast was simply delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money.
