During my recent stay at Eins Inn Umeda Higashi, I had a very pleasant experience. The convenience stores nearby were a great convenience and I found my floor and room to be incredibly quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and I appreciated the variety of options available. I would highly recommend Eins Inn Umeda Higashi to others.

The location is convenient, close to Minamimorimachi station and Tenjinbashisuji. The room is well-equipped and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a decent variety of food. a lovely stay and great memories made.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center, located between two metro stations, and I have to say it was a great find. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail - the hotel provided basic amenities and even offered an additional take-out drink. The breakfast had reasonable Western options included, making it convenient for international travelers like myself.

The noise level in the room can be a bit bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper.

I had a great time enjoying the city views, using the complimentary WiFi, and having round-the-clock assistance from the trilingual staff. Who needs a boring airport when you can stay here?

Oh, what a shame! I had to endure the torture of having to enjoy a à la carte or American breakfast every morning.

During my Christmas stay, I had an amazing experience at this hotel. the staff was always welcoming and friendly. It was great to have the option of leaving the keys with them before going out, so I didn't have to worry about misplacing them. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation to all the local attractions. there were plenty of convenience stores in the area to grab snacks from. the spacious rooms and amenities provided made my stay all the more comfortable.

there was some noise from the street, which disturbed my sleep, though this wasn't a major issue. the breakfast options were a bit basic and lacked variety.

Inn Umeda Higashi was excellent - close to the subway station, restaurants, and a supermarket. the staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was quick and easy. the room was spacious, comfortably accommodating our large suitcases. We also enjoyed the availability of rental items like the TV Amazon stick and portable body massager. the hotel provided a lovely free breakfast and had a selection of shampoo and bath salts. a great value for money and very comfortable stay in Osaka.
