I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, being very close to the higashi-shinjuku train station. It was also easy to get food in the surrounding area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The staff were outstanding and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location is perfect for friends who like to go out at night, with a subway station right next to the hotel and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, with one staff member named Shi who happily loaned me an adaptor and another named Nobuhiko Watanabe who was patient and polite with all my enquiries.

Felt very lucky to have found such a great place, where nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located, being right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the area and beyond. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with provided pajamas a nice touch. Breakfast has a good selection, with a coffee machine to make lattes.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Tokyo for a few days with my family. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a few meters away from the Higashi Shinjuku subway station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with seamless self check in and check out. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating to my two-year-old daughter.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right on top of Higashi-Shinjuku station which is just a stop away from the bigger Shinjuku station, making it very convenient to get around. Their basic amenities, like the extra space for suitcases and a second chair in the room, were very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was really good and a great start to the day.

Great location, right next to the train station exit and close to convenience stores and restaurants. Room size perfect for solo traveler. Self-service laundry and green choice option were convenient. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Easy check-in/out process.

We had a fantastic stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn! the location was perfect, right next to the subway station with easy access to all the sights in the city. There were plenty of options for food and nightlife in the vicinity, making our evenings enjoyable. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my luggage got lost by the airline. They went above and beyond to assist me in contacting the airport and determining the arrival time of my belongings. the hotel provided a wide range of amenities, from body and face products to toothbrushes and hairbrushes. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing us to relax and forget about the bustling city outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, and the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. There's even a train line just a block away, and a short 10-minute walk took us to the vibrant Shinjuku area. We would definitely choose Sotetsu Fresa Inn for our next visit to Tokyo!
