This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are very friendly and the rooms, although small, are clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with shopping and eateries nearby, and it is only a short walk to the JR station. Additionally, the hotel provides free luggage storage, which was incredibly convenient for our trip.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near Susukino station, making it easy to explore the city. The airport shuttle service stops right in front of the building, providing a hassle-free journey to Chitose Airport. While it may not be close to Sapporo JR station, it is easily accessible by subway. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and the bathrooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff provides excellent service, going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfast offers a variety of options including delicious croissants, fresh salads, fruits, and juices.

The hotel lacks laundry facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sunroute! The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions like Odori Park and the Snow Festival. The room was cozy and immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, including flaky croissants and excellent scrambled eggs. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Sunroute for a wonderful experience in Sapporo.

The hotel had a good location, being close to public transportation. It was easy to get around and explore the city. the room was also clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels provided regularly. One big advantage was that it had a convenience store close by, which was great for grabbing snacks and drinks.

The hotel was not well equipped for the holiday season. There was no festive decoration or atmosphere, which made it feel cold and uninviting during the Christmas period.
