This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area, perfect for those who prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The location, right at the subway station on the Rinkai line, makes it convenient for exploring. The staff here are incredibly friendly and offer excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms are generally kept clean. Plus, breakfast is included, adding even more value for money to your stay.

Located in a quiet part of town, this hotel is very near to a Rinkai train line station, making it convenient for transportation. The Shinagawa Seaside Station is just underneath the hotel, allowing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, it is close to Haneda airport, making it a great option for travelers. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and take in the impressive view from the lobby.

The staff at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Shinagawa Seaside went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a problem with the elevator doors. They immediately attended to the issue and ensured our safety. I highly recommend this hotel for their attentive and helpful staff.

Good location near metro, in commercial area with plenty of restaurants. Stayed for 7 nights in a double room, children under 5 stayed for free. Employees provided excellent service, despite language barrier. Clean lobby on 16th floor, prompt room service. Spacious toiletries, not mini bottles. Modern hotel with views of river terminal. Quiet rooms. Convenient for travel to Yokohama or Tokyo. In a business district, Eon shopping mall and supermarkets nearby. Close to Shinagawa Seaside Railway station for fast access to Shibuya, Ebisu, and Shinjuku. Basic facilities, clean rooms. Breakfast is satisfactory. Adjacent to a European-style courtyard with restaurants and fast food options. Quiet district. Iron and phone charger adapter available at lobby for free.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the fact that they provided big bottles of toiletries in the room, which was convenient. I also appreciated the prompt room service. The hotel's location near shops and restaurants was a plus. it was easy to navigate the nearby train station.

The ventilation was poor and the rooms were small with no view. Another problem was that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, which made the air suffocatingly hot.
