The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated across the street from the largest train station in the world, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are not only friendly but also extremely helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. They go out of their way to assist with any queries or requests, providing excellent service. Furthermore, the rooms, though small in typical Tokyo style, are well-appointed and clean. The attention to detail is evident, with basic amenities provided for guests' convenience.

All was perfect, no improvements needed! No complains at all.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to major train stations. It made my travel around the city a lot easier. the rooms were well-maintained and organized, and the breakfast offered was a great spread of both local and international food. I also appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel that helped me to relax.

While the hotel was comfortable, I did feel that the rooms were a bit small. This may not be too much of a concern for some people, but I felt that it was a bit limiting in terms of space.
