Excellent service and delicious meals. the staff was very friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs during our romantic escape. the location was also great, with easy access to the ski slopes and other attractions in the area.

The room was a bit small and could have been cleaner, with some dust on the floor. the bathroom was also a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Central location, near Happo gondola and bus terminal. Nice alpine-themed decor. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Onsen is great on a cold day.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, making it easy for guests to access the piste. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the Japanese futon beds being made daily. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, which sets them up for a day of skiing. The hotel also offers an onsen bath, perfect for relaxing and soothing tired muscles after a day on the slopes.

The attached toilet in the room is quite small.
