The hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk from the train station and with a convenience store right downstairs. the staff were friendly and the hotel was kept very clean. We loved the high-tech and interesting design of the place, it really added to the overall experience. the room had a cleverly designed storage space under the bed, which allowed us to keep our luggage out of the way and the room feeling spacious.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. the air conditioning in the lobby was broken, making it uncomfortable to hang out in that area.

Had a great time in this hotel during my Xmas trip. the staff was very helpful and welcoming. the location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. I appreciated the luggage storage service and the fact that the check-in procedure was straightforward.

We had a superb stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho! The hotel offers great service, with new and comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with making restaurant reservations. The location is also convenient, with several train stations nearby. we had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
