Check-in was quick, and there were several elevators, so there was hardly any wait time. The location is superb, connected directly to a train station with restaurants, a theater, and an arcade nearby. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering both Western and Japanese styles. They even provide a free smartphone for internet access and international calls*.

On my first stay, I had to book a smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available, and it was definitely noticeable. the room smelled strongly of smoke, indicating that guests regularly smoked in the rooms.

Great location, just a minute walk from the station with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. the hotel offers a convenient basement parking for a reasonable price of 500 YEN per day. Additionally, each room is equipped with a smartphone that provides free data and calls, which was very useful for my day trips. Also, the option to not have sheets and towels changed daily to reduce environmental impact is a nice touch.

The curtains in the room did not block out the lights from outside, so I recommend bringing an eye mask. Also, communication with some of the staff at the reception was a bit difficult as not all of them spoke English.
