I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. They assisted us in making dinner reservations and even recommended a fantastic local restaurant. the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from popular attractions and surrounded by a variety of dining options. the room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a snacks corner, tea in the waiting area, and a full wardrobe in the room.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the lack of consistent cleaning service and unexpected extra charges for cleaning was a bit surprising.

We enjoyed the spacious room design and cleanliness. the hotel's convenient location near various transportation options allowed quick access to Tenjin. Friendly staff and complimentary amenities added to our pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with Japanese style. We loved the shoji door and the open-air corridor outside. the property was spotless and the towels were replaced daily. the location was perfect, only a short walk to two subway stations, the shopping street, and Canal City. It was also 10 minutes away from Yatai stores. the staff was helpful and friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

The breakfast choices were limited to ham and egg sandwich with mayonnaise, which we did not enjoy as we don't eat mayonnaise. the bed and pillows were hard, and we woke up with body aches every day.

The location of the hotel is great, with two subway stations within a short walk and popular shopping street nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a unique shoji door. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided quick check-in and check-out. The hotel also had good coffee and access to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.

The breakfast choices were very limited and repetitive, with a ham and egg sandwich served every day, which might not appeal to everyone.

The rooms at 9 Hotel Hakata were incredibly clean and beautifully designed with a Japanese aesthetic. We were pleasantly surprised by how bright and comfortable the room was, especially the bed. The location was fantastic, being only 15 minutes away from the station and 10 minutes away from Canal City. The best part was that we loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay in Fukuoka just to enjoy the hotel for one more day. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great location!
