The hotel is premium and beautiful. Room is cosy, clean and bed is comfortable. Easy to regulate hot/cold. Toilet is clean with free toiletries. Great location near train stations, shopping and restaurants.

It is also situated in a very fancy area, surrounded by upscale shops and restaurants. it is very close to Tokyo train station, which makes exploring the city easy. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel provides excellent value for money. It’s conveniently located between two metro stations making it easy to get around the city and it’s also very close to Tokyo train station. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities including a refrigerator and basic equipment.

We had a pleasant stay in a hotel located in a bustling area with easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of healthy options. We found the cellular phone in each room and the fast wifi to be very useful during our stay.

Some staff members seemed to have difficulty with communication in English.

Close to metro lines and Tokyo Eki. The rooms provide more space than other business hotels. Well connected and easy access to rooms. a nice atmosphere.

The complementary amenities were a nice touch, including the little shampoo & conditioner bottles and the free coffee in the room. The hotel's location was great, with train stations just a few minutes away on foot and several good restaurants in the area. Another plus was the comfortable bed, which made getting a good night's sleep easy.

The room was much too small and cramped, with hardly any room to even move around in. The bathroom was also tiny and smelled really bad.
