I stayed at Hotel Vista for 3 weeks for work. the location is superb, close to rapid express transportation to Shinjuku and major shopping malls. the staff is accommodating, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping is meticulous. Eco-friendly amenities, separate toilet and bathroom, and convenient store nearby add to the overall appeal. the breakfast, offering a mix of Western and Japanese choices and a great coffee machine, was a nice touch.

I was initially concerned when I saw the elevator, but once I entered my room at Hotel Vista, I was pleasantly surprised. The modern design and comforting vibe instantly put me at ease. Great location, close to transportation and several shopping malls. the bed was big and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. the laundry service was quick and convenient, and the breakfast offered a simple variety of options including toast and cereal.

The rooms were quite cramped with limited space to move around or store luggage. the WiFi connection was not very reliable and the noise isolation of the room doors was poor, I could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms.

This hotel is a great value for money. Despite being a small hotel, the rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a fridge and a kettle. The staff is attentive and the hotel is clean. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Ebina station, making it easy to explore the area and access the shopping centers nearby. Plus, the breakfast includes take away coffee, perfect for those on the go.
