We had a great stay at a nice, comfortable hotel with all the facilities we expected. the staff at Chisun Hotel Kamata were extremely helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage early before check-in. the location was surprisingly enjoyable, with Bourbon Alley nearby, offering a variety of bars and izakayas. There were also plenty of great food options in the area. the relaxed atmosphere was a welcomed change after a hectic trip. the hotel's proximity to the train station and specialty shops made it even more convenient.

During my Christmas stay, there were several aspects of the hotel that I really enjoyed. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free WiFi in the bedrooms, which was a great convenience.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, and the pillows were a bit lacking in terms of support.

Front desk staff super friendly and went out of their way to help despite language barrier. Wow! Early shuttle to airport for only 1,000JPY! They even packed me juice & bread for the ride. Location is perfect for early flights. Plenty of ramen places & Family Mart nearby. Rooms surprisingly spacious with comfy duvet. Use JR pass to explore Tokyo easily. Allowed me to check-in early without charge. Mind-blowing location near amazing food streets, shopping mall & supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff who speak English and provide free amenities like bottled water and coffee. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary accessories.
