The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, giving us ample space to get ready. The service provided by the reception staff was excellent, making us feel welcomed and attended to. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and the free supplies like razors and toothbrushes were a nice touch.

It would have been helpful to have more English information about the hotel's heating system and the public bath.

I gotta say, Hotel Vista in Sendai really delivered on value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bathroom and shower. Plus, the location right by the JR Niigata train station was super convenient. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, even holding onto my bag until check-in time.

Just a small suggestion to make the morning meal even better - it would have been great to have a wider variety of options at the breakfast buffet.

Vista is conveniently located, just minutes away from the train station. the staff are helpful and polite, assisting with bookings and inquiries. the room, though small, is clean and reflects the average size in Japan. the hotel offers amenities such as vending machines and a public bath on the second floor.

The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and shops. the rooms were clean and had nice amenities, including complimentary toiletries and a mini fridge. the view from the room was also quite nice, with a glimpse of the city skyline in the distance.
