The hotel's location was superb, as it was in close proximity to many shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and modern with lovely decor. the staff were friendly and accommodating - they even helped heat up our food. We also liked the lounge area where we could enjoy free snacks, desserts and drinks as members.

The rooms were quite small and there wasn't enough space for our luggage. Plus, in one room we had to wait quite a long time for the heater to warm up during the winter.

It is also close to the subway, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with nice interior and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting guests warmly. The lounge is a great perk, offering complimentary snacks, desserts, and drinks for members. a fantastic stay with great amenities and a prime location.

The hallway decor could use a bit of updating, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience.

I loved my recent stay at Wbf Fourstay! The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, restaurants, and shops. The spacious and clean rooms had beautiful interior decor, and I especially enjoyed the cozy backlighting near the window for nighttime reading. The staff were incredibly helpful and even heated up my food for me. Plus, being a member allowed me to enjoy free snacks and drinks at the lounge. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Sapporo!
