I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional - I lost my credit card and they found it and kept it for me. The Japanese breakfasts were perfect, and I appreciated the staff's attention to detail. The hotel's location is unbeatable - it's right in the center of everything and easily accessible from Shibuya Station. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities such as a self-service station with cleansing oils, lotions, and other amenities, as well as laundry onsite.

The hotel is located in a prime location, close to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky. The staff are exceptional and very helpful, assisting with organizing taxis and luggage delivery. The breakfast is delicious and well-made, offering a great start to the day. As adults, we appreciated the larger room size, 98% soundproofing, and 99% blackout features, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. The complimentary perks in the lobby, like a mini-mart, were a delightful surprise.
