It was a new and modern hotel, and the complimentary café was very cozy and comfortable. the hotel was located close to all major department stores and Sunshine-dori street, which made it very convenient to shop. the hotel also had an iron for clothes, which came in handy. it was a good experience.

The staff was very unprofessional. the night clerk stopped me and asked me to pay for my room, which was very inconvenient and uncalled for.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Ikebukuro station. The room was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, allowing me to store my luggage before check-in and even after check-out. The hotel also had a comfortable lounge area that was perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
