The location of the hotel was perfect for our ski trip, as it was right on the slopes. It made it so convenient for us to get out and start skiing without any hassle. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle bus to the ski resort was a great perk, saving us time and effort. Moreover, the staff were incredibly accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was that the hotel was far away from the train station, making it a bit inconvenient to get to and from the hotel with our luggage.

I loved the experience of staying at Denkiya in Yuzawa. The staff was helpful and sweet, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby ski resorts, and the shuttle services provided by the hotel were reliable. After a day on the slopes, it was a treat to relax in the natural hot spring bath. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski trip in Yuzawa.

Very helpful staff, affordable snowboard/ski gear and lift ticket rentals, walking distance from train station, shuttle bus to town and ski resorts, enjoyable onsen and buffet breakfast.

We had an incredible romantic ski escape in the area! the buffet breakfast offered both western and Japanese options, which was a great way to start the day. the shuttle bus service to and from the surrounding ski resorts was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved relaxing in the hot springs after a long day of skiing.

The lack of nearby restaurants or shops, which made it difficult to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. transportation to and from the hotel was somewhat limited, with only one train every two hours or expensive taxi rides available.
