We were pleasantly surprised by the traditional luxury feel of the room, complete with a private open-air bath on the roof. the spacious and stylish bathroom added to the indulgent experience. the staff were also friendly and accommodating. Although we wished for better curtains to darken the room and a slightly firmer pillow, these minor drawbacks didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. the location close to the train station made it convenient for us to explore everything we experienced in Japan up to that point. the service was exceptional, and we were impressed by the room amenities including heating, air conditioning, sitting area, patio. the presence of an electric kettle and flat-screen TV added to our comfort, and the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.

The check-in time of 5 PM was a bit frustrating after a tiring journey, as we couldn't freshen up in the room right away. Also, the lack of additional amenities like a hot tub or private onsen for the price paid was a bit disappointing.

I always stay here. Staff printed my boarding pass once. Perfect for me: Free Wi-Fi, parking, storage. 24-hour reception, security, TV, lift. For adults, dryer, kettle, cookware, cots. No smoking. Coming back for a holiday.

Zagakukan's rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. the rain bath and shower offer great water pressure. Conveniently located near Hakone-Yumoto Station, with a 7-11 and popular Ramen shop nearby. the attentive service and cozy atmosphere, including tatami floors and private Onsen, enhance the stay.

Glass enclosure in shower lacks full privacy. No luggage racks available.
