Laundry machine took over 6 hours for one load!!! A clear notice about wash and dry times would be helpful!!! Room size was decent, but proximity to bustling areas meant noise was unavoidable!!!

stayed 5 nights expecting luxury but got a shoe box for a room, absolutely ridiculous. I had to request toothpaste every night, how charming. I also expected complimentary snacks but had to suffer without them. don’t let the fancy name fool you, this Hyatt House is just a glorified motel. I almost wrote a positive review, but just couldn’t.

The cleanliness, the spacious rooms, the staff, the convenience of laundry facilities – just fantastic!

Spacious room with a kitchenette, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and washing machine were super handy. Loved the pool area for a cool-off after exploring. The bidet and good air conditioning added comfort, and being close to Shibuya Crossing made getting around a breeze!

I enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed for meal prep when we didn't feel like dining out. The location was convenient, just minutes from the busy streets, making it easy to explore. I also appreciated how close it was to transport links. On one occasion, I prepared breakfast which made my mornings feel more like home. Staying a week, I found the washer/dryer very handy. My partner and I had a good time.

Fantastic location, just a short stroll to Shibuya Crossing! The clean rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen and a relaxing pool area. Breakfast was satisfying, too!

But directions to the lobby could be clearer. it’s a bit hidden. And the laundry machines were quite noisy at times.

The location is unbeatable (so close to the bustling Shibuya Crossing)! We enjoyed the spacious suite with kitchen facilities and great housekeeping. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby, making it so convenient for us.

However, the provided toiletries could be of better quality. Also, the laundry machines were quite loud at times.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious room with a cozy sofa and kitchen facilities like a Nespresso machine, which made our mornings great. The only small hiccup was that we had to ask for extra toiletries more than once, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

During my recent stay, I loved being just a short walk from the famous Hachiko Memorial Statue and the relaxing Yoyogi Park, which offered a lovely break from the city's bustle. the apartment-style room was great for unwinding after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Shibuya and surrounding areas.
